We will meet with you to discuss your wedding vision, and assist you with planning out your budget, provide tips and advice, and also research specific vendors that meet your needs and budget.

• Finalize and confirm schedules of your vendors via phone/email
• Finalize rehearsal and wedding day itinerary for bride/groom, family and attendants and email Newsletter/Itinerary to all involved
• Prepare Schedule of Events for Ceremony, Reception, Wedding Weekend and deliver to vendors
• Take over all coordination responsibilities about 3 weeks prior to wedding
• Provide on-site coordination of wedding rehearsal
